Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the development of campaign deliverables ensuring each receives the appropriate resources and attention to be successfully completed on time.
  • Assists in the planning, design, and approval of direct response campaign assets; provides design feedback/proofing and coordinates the review and approval of deliverables or materials.
  • Works with internal and external data analysts to prepare and analyze monthly KPI reports by collecting and sharing campaign data from various sources.
  • Creates project and campaign templates as related to campaign deployment and post-campaign performance.
  • Manages and coordinates workflows between vendors and internal partners to ensure on-time campaign deployment.
  • Assists in expense tracking to ensure budget compliance.
  • Takes on other duties needed to help drive our Purpose, fulfill our Brand Principles, and abide by our Organization’s Values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field required
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating campaign deployment for direct response marketing tactics required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
  • Experience with Power BI, Salesforce and/or Ambassador is a plus
  • Ability to understand and manage complex campaign and project matrices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required
  • Proven project management skills required
  • Ability to work well in a team environment required
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to collaborate with others required
