Own master content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and TikTok.
Establish global-to-regional workflows that support brand consistency while allowing for local relevance.
Partner with creative and product teams to translate technical concepts and product stories into engaging social content.
Develop platform-specific approaches that balance brand storytelling with the way audiences engage on each channel.
Use community engagement, influencer collaborations, and platform-specific tactics to grow audiences and increase share of voice.
Monitor social performance, audience growth, engagement, and competitive share of voice to inform future strategy.
Establish clear social governance and processes that keep global and regional teams aligned.

Requirements

7+ years of progressive experience in social media, content strategy, or digital marketing management for a global brand, including significant experience in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok and how content performs across each platform.
Experience using social listening and analytics to measure performance, grow audiences, and inform strategy.
Experience developing global social strategies and workflows that support brand and business objectives.
Proven ability to turn complex or technical topics into engaging social content.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
Based in the L.A. area or willing to relocate. A relocation budget is available.

Preferred

Experience with consumer technology, gaming, consumer products, or other highly engaged consumer audiences.
