Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the U.S. markets by identifying and cultivating relationships with strategic customers such as cabinet and furniture manufacturers, architects, designers, contractors, builders, distributors, and dealers.
• Manage ongoing relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead client communication efforts to understand their needs and present tailored solutions effectively.
• Oversee team leadership activities to coordinate marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.
• Drive sales negotiations with prospective clients to secure new business deals while maintaining profitable margins.
• Utilize CRM systems proficiently to track leads, manage customer data, and analyze sales pipelines for continuous improvement.
• Lead marketing initiatives including campaigns, branding strategies, and promotional activities to increase product visibility.
• Develop strategic partnerships that align with company goals to expand market reach.
• Generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking efforts.
• Negotiate terms with clients and partners to facilitate deal closing efficiently and professionally.

• Ability to develop strategic business plans aligned with market trends and company goals.
• Knowledge of the product categories including laminates, HPL, quartz surfaces, SPC/LVT flooring, acrylics, PETG panels, MDF is advantageous but not mandatory.
