Partner with creative, marketing, social, and cross-functional teams to align production needs with campaign objectives.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to secure approvals and maintain project momentum.
Identify and recommend production partners, photographers, videographers, editors, talent, and specialized vendors.
Serve as the enterprise producer on shoots, ensuring vendors and crews are following company policy.
Maintain production quality, safety, and operational excellence throughout all content captures.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in content production, creative production, integrated production, or related fields.
Proven experience leading photo and video productions from concept through final delivery.
Strong knowledge of production planning, budgeting, scheduling, contracting and licensing, licensing renewals, permitting, travel coordination, and crew management.
Experience managing stakeholders, creative teams, agencies, talent, and external vendors.
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience managing production budgets and vendor relationships.
Knowledge of creative production workflows, asset management, and content delivery requirements across digital and social channels.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.

Preferred

Experience producing outdoor, lifestyle, action sports, travel, tourism, or adventure-focused content.
Experience working in mountain environments and winter conditions.
Understanding of photography, cinematography, post-production, and content creation best practices.
Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM/MAM) systems, RAW footage specifications, and ingestion timelines
Background supporting large-scale brand campaigns and integrated marketing initiatives.
Experience leveraging AI-enabled creative and production tools to improve efficiency and workflows.
