Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead analytics and execution support for direct marketing campaigns across Unsecured Installment Loans (UIL) and other consumer lending products.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies and optimize campaign performance using customer data and models.
  • Design and evaluate marketing tests, including A/B testing and champion/challenger strategies, to identify opportunities for improved customer growth.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations to Marketing and Business stakeholders.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution, measurement, reporting, and marketing enhancements.
  • Create and maintain performance dashboards, campaign reporting frameworks, and data definitions to support informed business decisions.

Requirements

  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
