Design and optimize creative workflows, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
Establish and maintain best practices for creative operations with scalability in mind.
Lead and develop the Project Management Office, establishing strategic direction and best practices.
Build, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and creative operations professionals.
Drive organizational excellence through standardized project management methodologies.
Establish and evaluate project governance frameworks and policies.
Provide executive-level reporting on portfolio performance and resource utilization.
Oversee marketing operations and PMO budget planning, tracking, and optimization.
Direct resource management, allocation, and workload balancing for creative teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field or equivalent combination of education and additional years of relevant experience.
7-9 years of Creative Operations Management or similar role.
4-6 years of experience leading and managing creative teams.
4-6 years of demonstrated experience in marketing operations budget management at scale.
