Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide intake processes for creative sourcing requests.
• Design and optimize creative workflows, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Establish and maintain best practices for creative operations with scalability in mind.
• Lead and develop the Project Management Office, establishing strategic direction and best practices.
• Build, mentor, and manage a team of project managers and creative operations professionals.
• Drive organizational excellence through standardized project management methodologies.
• Establish and evaluate project governance frameworks and policies.
• Provide executive-level reporting on portfolio performance and resource utilization.
• Oversee marketing operations and PMO budget planning, tracking, and optimization.
• Direct resource management, allocation, and workload balancing for creative teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field or equivalent combination of education and additional years of relevant experience.
• 7-9 years of Creative Operations Management or similar role.
• 4-6 years of experience leading and managing creative teams.
• 4-6 years of demonstrated experience in marketing operations budget management at scale.
