Job Summary

Lead high-scale mobile-game UA programs with a focus on fROAS, cross-channel campaigns, and data-driven decision making.

  • Own end-to-end UA across Social, Search, DSPs, and networks with ROI accountability.
  • Must-have: 5+ years managing large mobile UA budgets with ROI rigor.
  • Standout: Able to translate multi-source data (MMPs, pLTV) into growth Narratives for leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Architect and run high-scale campaigns across Social, Search, SDK Networks, and DSPs. Move fluidly between macro strategy and daily bid/budget decisions to maximize every dollar with full accountability for the UA budget.
  • Bridge historical cohort data and predictive modeling using internal pLTV models to hit fROAS targets. Continuously audit forecast accuracy against realized actuals to refine bid multipliers and scale confidently on predicted value.
  • Go beyond A/B tests. Build rigorous, data-backed creative testing programs, equipping the Art team with clear hypotheses. Turn creative production into a performance engine by identifying winning concepts fast and iterating quickly.
  • Synthesize MMP attribution data with internal backend databases to validate performance. Translate complex multi-source data into a clear narrative that explains the ‘why’ behind trends and connects them to broader business outcomes.
  • Cultivate high-level relationships with top-tier platforms and agencies to unlock alpha/beta access and exclusive inventory. Use these partnerships to diversify channel mix and maintain a competitive edge in the UA marketplace.
  • Act as a rapid-response partner to the Product team. Pivot spend instantly to support feature launches, dial back during technical issues, and keep UA budgets perfectly in sync with the game’s live environment and roadmap.
  • Translate performance data into executive-level strategic narratives for product stakeholders. Monitor the competitive landscape not just ad trends, but game mechanics and feature trends to surface new growth vectors for Product.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or equivalent practical experience
  • You've got 5+ years running UA or performance marketing in mobile gaming. You know the ecosystem, you've lived the cycles, and you've got the scars to prove it.
  • A track record managing large-scale budgets with accountability for ROI
  • Strong analytical chops: advanced Excel / Google Sheets, comfortable with complex data sets
  • Hands-on experience with MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.) and DSPs/social ad platforms
  • Skilled at validating tracking links, troubleshooting attribution paths, and catching discrepancies
  • Familiarity with pLTV modeling and ROAS-based bidding strategies
  • You're obsessed with finding smarter ways to work. AI is already part of your daily toolkit, and you bring that same restless, let's-figure-it-out energy to every new challenge that lands on your desk.

Preferred

  • Creative-minded: you don’t need to design, but you understand what makes great creative perform
  • Clear, proactive communicator who can translate complex data into stories for any audience
  • Collaborative by nature you thrive in a cross-functional environment
  • Agile and calm under pressure: you can pivot fast without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Genuine passion for mobile gaming and a solid read on the industry landscape
  • Eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-moving environment
