Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support and optimize CRM operations and daily database maintenance in HubSpot as an administrator and program coordinator, in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Team and CRM stakeholders
  • Support and drive efficiencies in lead management records and processes: review, research, and update contact records
  • Build segmented lists for targeted email campaigns
  • Maintain, design, and identify efficiencies for CRM workflows
  • Collaborate on digital campaigns to create landing pages and forms
  • Ensure compliance with global data protection and communication regulations
  • Analyze behavioral and website data to improve engagement
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives Sales Enablement, and partner with sales, sales support, and customer service

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing is strongly preferred
  • 3 or more years of CRM experience (HubSpot preferred, Salesforce a plus) or related work experience
  • Experience with marketing automation and MarTech
  • Experience with RevOps, sales pipeline, and lead funnel management
  • Pride in execution and an obsession with quality
  • Strong B2B digital marketing and sales enablement background
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
  • Excellent English writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, follows through on projects in a timely manner, and can manage multiple projects
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
