Job Summary

Own the product marketing lifecycle from launches and enablement to content creation and competitive positioning, partnering with Product Management and Sales to align messaging, with a focus on customer stories and AI-driven workflows.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Product Management on launches, staying involved as timelines and scope shift, and getting buy-in on launch messaging and deliverables
  • Create product content to support your launches and product surface area, including blog posts, website copy, demo scripts, videos, and social posts
  • Plan and run customer- and prospect-facing product webinars, from picking the topic through wrangling speakers and following up afterward
  • Run biweekly enablement sessions and build and maintain the sales enablement suite, including battlecards, pitch decks, objection handling materials
  • Stay up-to-date on competitors and spin up competitive positioning on both a recurring and ad hoc basis
  • Source, write, and distribute customer stories and references
  • Help shape new positioning and messaging as the product and market change, using customer conversations and data

Requirements

  • 4+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company, with hands-on experience in sales enablement and customer marketing
  • A track record of taking on a messy, underspecified problem and getting it done without needing it pre-scoped for you
  • Experience running product launches in tandem with a Product Management team and ability to exert influence without authority when needed
  • Good judgment about what to prioritize when data, customer feedback, and the calendar are all pulling in different directions
  • Effective storytelling and writing abilities that translate feature specifications and benefits into content our audience will want to read
  • A tolerance for ambiguity — you'd rather figure it out than wait for someone to hand you a fully-formed plan
  • Curiosity and willingness to test AI-powered workflows and create new AI tools that our whole marketing team can benefit from using

Benefits

  • Health insurance with international coverage, vision, and dental: 100% of the team member premium paid

  • Life and Disability Insurance, 100% of the team member premium paid
  • Flexible time off

  • Company retreats, fully paid for by Maze
  • New MacBook (laptop), paid for by Maze
  • Paid Family leave: 16 weeks for birth or adoptive parents
