Own end-to-end product marketing for top features and shape solutions with Product to define ICP and use cases.

  • GTM Execution & Insights: Build GTM plans, enablement, and run campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and advocacy, feeding roadmap with learnings.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own product marketing end-to-end for top priority features from positioning through launch and early commercialization.
  • Shape new solutions with Product using market research and feedback to define ICP, use cases, problem statements, and success criteria.
  • Define and refine packaging and offers for add-on products in collaboration with Product, Pricing, Revenue, and other teams.
  • Build focused GTM plans and enablement from messaging frameworks and pitch narratives to sales tools and customer-facing collateral.
  • Run and iterate GTM programs to drive awareness, adoption, and advocacy, and bring back insights that influence roadmap and future GTM.
  • Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS Product Marketing, with meaningful experience launching new products or offers and/or serving small and mid-sized businesses.
  • Proven experience partnering with Product to take features and offerings from concept to launch, including problem validation, targeting, and early packaging hypotheses.
  • Flexible, follow the opportunity attitude towards juggling priorities
  • Exceptional positioning, messaging, and content development skills, with a track record of communicating complex value in clear, compelling language.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and organizational skills, with the ability to act as the GTM “driver” for launches—managing multiple initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and bringing structure to complex efforts.
  • Data-informed, experiment-oriented mindset, using qualitative and quantitative insights to test, learn, and iterate messaging, packaging, and programs, and to demonstrate impact on awareness, adoption, and revenue.
  • AI-driven capabilities and experience working with the latest technology, building new agents, advocating for early adoption and testing of automation where applicable (keeping human centered decision making and creativity in mind)
