Own end-to-end growth marketing platform with 5+ years of product mgmt experience guiding AI-assisted planning and real-time optimization across Marketing, ML, and Engineering to drive measurable ROI.

  • Growth Platform Ownership: Translate marketer needs into audience segmentation, journey orchestration, personalization, experimentation, governance, and performance analytics.
  • Cross-Functional Delivery: Lead Marketing, Data Science/ML, Engineering, Design, Privacy/Legal, and Finance to ship capabilities on time with clear governance.
  • Adoption and Enablement: Drive documentation, training, and change management so teams can move faster on a unified platform.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-half roadmap for an end-to-end growth marketing platform, spanning agentic CRM, marketer tooling, and unified orchestration and measurement.
  • Translate marketer needs into durable platform capabilities, including audience segmentation, journey orchestration, personalization, experimentation, governance, and performance analytics.
  • Partner with Engineering and ML to design and ship AI- and agentic-powered features that automate planning, targeting, creative workflows, and real-time optimization with the right safety and guardrails.
  • Define clear KPIs for marketing efficiency and ROI, instrument reliable analytics and data quality, and lead experimentation frameworks (A/B and multivariate) that drive decision-making at scale.
  • Lead cross-functional execution across Marketing, Data Science/ML, Engineering, Design, Privacy/Legal, and Finance—aligning priorities, managing risks and dependencies, and delivering outcomes on time.
  • Drive adoption and change management through documentation, enablement, and training so marketers can move faster with confidence on a unified, scalable platform.
