Job Summary
Own the semiconductor roadmap for EV power and drive ICs, turning engineering breakthroughs into market-ready IC solutions for traction inverters, OBC, and DC-DC applications.
- Growth Infrastructure: Define the product strategy and roadmap for automotive ICs with safety and reliability as the core constraint.
- Lifecycle Ownership: Lead concept-to-GTM across cross-functional teams to deliver automotive-grade products.
- Market Impact: Align engineering advances with customer needs to accelerate adoption in high-growth EV subsystems.

- Growth Infrastructure: Architect end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for automotive ICs with safety and reliability as core constraints.
- IC Solutions Strategy: Lead IC strategy for Traction Inverters, OBC, and DC-DC.
- Leadership & Execution: Bridge engineering innovation and market demand across lifecycle.
- Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee concept to global GTM and cross-functional execution with automotive reliability in mind.
