Job Summary

Own the paid growth funnel from ads to lead delivery, building and testing offers while owning tracking, landing pages, and CRM integration for regulated healthcare audiences.

Growth Infrastructure: Set up end-to-end funnel including PPC campaigns, landing pages, forms, and data flows to CRM and email automations.
Demand Generation: Plan and optimize Google and Meta campaigns, retargeting sequences, and offer angles to improve conversions and quality leads.
Analytics & Collaboration: Align with designers and developers on execution, verify tracking and attribution, and drive continuous optimization of the funnel.

Job Description

Growth Infrastructure: Own and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads): budget, bidding, targeting, reporting
Demand Generation: Build and manage retargeting campaigns (audiences, sequencing, exclusions)
Lifecycle Strategy: Build landing pages and funnels from concept to launch
Growth Ops: Work closely with designers and developers to bring campaigns to life
Funnel Quality: Ensure the full funnel works end-to-end — forms, lead capture, and asset/book delivery
Martech Integration: Integrate forms with CRM and email/autoresponder platforms
Tracking & Attribution: Set up and verify tracking (pixels, conversion tracking, UTMs, GA4)
