Job Summary

Own cross-channel partner marketing for CSP and incentives, translating program priorities into messaging, content journeys, and measurable impact across partners and customers.

  • Channel & CSP communications: plan, enablement, change management, and new-commerce initiatives tied to partner programs.
  • Content strategy and storytelling: sustain CSP messaging across incentives, renewals, and launches through channels and field engagements.
  • Measurement and operations: define KPIs, report on email performance, ARR growth, and lead activation while speeding time to market with agencies.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Channel marketing and communications planning across CSP, GCPS, and SME&C with enablement, change management, and new commerce strategies.
  • Develop partner messaging for incentives, renewals, product launches, and program changes to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Create a content BOM anchored by monthly CSP partner emails and nurture campaigns, mapping discovery, engagement, and benefits to the Partner Center.
  • Define success metrics, KPIs, and reporting on email performance, ARR and seat growth, lead activation, and tactic efficiency for internal stakeholders.
  • Drive the channel and CSP communications intake, planning, review, and launch with agencies to reduce churn and speed time to market.
  • Ensure content and communications comply with privacy, security, and Microsoft brand guidelines.
  • Manage agencies, vendors, and budgets to deliver prioritized content and campaigns with fiscal accountability.
  • Support PR and communications to accurately represent CSP, incentives, renewals, co-sell, and channel programs.
  • Be a partner advocate by incorporating partner needs and feedback into content development and marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to marketing excellence and an inclusive team culture that supports partner success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 5+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience OR equivalent experience.

Preferred

  • Strategic planning: Synthesizing research and insights to inform channel partner strategy and positioning.
  • Partner-centered Learning: Evaluating internal/external data and engaging with partners to generate actionable insights.
  • Execution leadership: Driving execution of a high-volume marketing and communications portfolio, aligning with channel motions, and leveraging incentive programs.
