Job Description

Responsibilities

Campaign setup, launch, and ongoing optimization across Google and Meta
Conversion tracking setup and debugging (pixels, GA4, GTM, CAPI)
Weekly and monthly client reporting that tells a clear story
Strategy and full account audits for new and existing clients
Keyword research, audience building, and ad copy direction
Landing page and CRO recommendations
Client-facing communication (emails and occasional calls)

Requirements

5+ years managing paid media across Google and Meta
Proven case studies or portfolio of real results
Experience managing $5K+/month in ad spend per account
Agency background (not in-house only)
Fluent written English
Strong skills in GA4, GTM, and tag debugging
Active, demonstrated use of modern AI tools (Claude, Gemini, MCP servers, etc.) in your actual day-to-day workflow
