Job Summary

Owns end-to-end digital paid media campaigns across HubSpot and LinkedIn, coordinating with external partners and driving targeting and trafficking across professional and high-net-worth audiences.

Lead campaign setup, optimization, and measurement while collaborating with agencies.
Define audience targeting and segmentation strategies for premium demographics.
Ensure timely delivery and trafficking across channels including CTV/OTT when applicable.

Requirements

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in digital paid media (Coordinator to Manager level).
Technical Proficiency: Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to manage audience targeting and segmentation for professional and high-net-worth demographics.
Collaborative Spirit: Experience working alongside external agency partners to traffic creative and manage campaign timelines.
Versatility: Familiarity with streaming services (CTV/OTT) and traditional media trafficking (radio).
