Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
Build and manage campaign structures across prospecting, retargeting, and scaling initiatives
Continuously test audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages to improve performance
Monitor campaign performance daily and make optimization decisions based on key metrics
Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets
Develop testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
Analyze performance using attribution and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
Report on KPIs including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and CAC
Identify performance trends and opportunities for growth
Work with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts
Collaborate with strategy teams to align campaign performance with client goals
Provide actionable insights that inform creative and messaging strategy
