Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Senior Marketing Data Analyst will lead the Marketing department in audience development and data analysis. They will assist in examining market and organization statistics to provide optimization recommendations where applicable. Responsible for using analytics and visualizations to create compelling narratives that will drive decision making in accordance to strategic goals.
  • Evaluate and analyze data for Marketing department and credit union. Create hypotheses around data for optimization. Analyze Marketing campaign performance against forecasts and operational metrics.
  • Manage FourLeaf’s marketing database including maintaining data and system updates and monitoring overall database capabilities, limitations, and upgrades. Assist in developing strategy based on database.
  • Lead on product line reporting and visualizations; including development of performance dashboards, custom visualizations, ad hoc analysis on large data sets, and the overall dissemination of analysis with team, business units, and executives. Clearly communicate processes and results to technical and non-technical audiences; lead critical discussions of results.
  • Lead audience development and optimization across product lines. Manage partner agencies to develop propensity models and audience segments that are in line with organizational goals. Works with Marketing FLOD and FourLeaf Compliance team to ensure that all models/audience outcomes are within regulatory guidelines.
  • Document processes and procedures for collecting and disseminating data, including reporting, audience lists, and suppression files. Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of existing processes, and propose improvements to streamline the collection, use, and presentation of data.
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Data Specialist to identify opportunities with household appends, Claritas P$YCLE segments, and other third-party vendors.
  • Mentor and lead quality assurance for the Marketing Data Team by guiding, advising, and supporting team members to build analytical and technical skills, and uphold accurate, insightful analytics.
  • Special projects as assigned by AVP Marketing Segmentation Strategy, and FVP Marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science/Analytics.
  • 8–10 years of experience in business data science, with prior marketing experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a financial institution preferred.
  • Expert in data analytics, management, and visualization with experience working with Snowflake, Altair Monarch Data Prep Studio or Sigma, and PowerBI.
  • Quick study and motivated.
