Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field, with at least three years of relevant marketing, communications or project management experience.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to tailor content for a range of internal and external audiences.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, establish priorities, coordinate stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized and committed to producing accurate, polished work.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with professionals at all levels across the Firm.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to shift priorities and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, initiative and a positive work ethic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with a CPA firm or professional services organization preferred.
• Occasional travel to other office locations for firm meetings and events.
