Job Summary

Own the project management engine for marketing ops, turning Asana into a planned, transparent workflow machine with real-time goal visibility and cross-team alignment.

  • Workflow Ownership: Build and sustain end-to-end workflows, intake to delivery, with clear templates and automations.
  • Governance and Adoption: Establish goal mapping, drive cross-functional adoption with DPV teams, and standardize processes across Jira, Salesforce, and Asana integrations.
  • Optimization and Insights: Ramp time logging with CDs, plus reporting enhancements via Tableau/Power BI to surface actionable status and bottlenecks.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end build and upkeep of all workflows for the project management tool (Asana).
  • Establish team goal mapping structure tied to actual project work to show real-time progress to goals and leadership visibility.
  • Work with CDs to ensure project team time logging to garner insights, plan ahead, and improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Build and maintain all project templates, task lists, automations and rule bundles.
  • Ensure visibility across all active projects, track status and timelines, and seek smarter decision making through Tableau and Power BI when appropriate.
  • Build and foster bonds with key platform account owners that integrate with Asana (JIRA, Salesforce, etc.) and partner with all DPV teams to increase adoption and standardize processes.
  • Stay on top of trends and new AI features to enhance efficiency and speed to market.
  • Create documentation and maintain project management tool best practices for all teams.
  • Address workflow and process pain points ad hoc as requested by marketing teams.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferably in Marketing, Sales, Project Management or Communications
  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably within advertising, printer/reprographics business, production, digital & customer service-oriented environments
  • Proficient with project management tools; experience with Asana a plus
  • Knowledge of print productions & production estimating (offset, digital techniques, silkscreen, large format, embroidery, industrial, etc)
  • Mac OS skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, typing & math skills with command of Word & Excel
  • Understanding of marketing, branding, and consumer psychology
  • Willingness to work a hybrid 3-day schedule in a hub office
  • Consistent, regular, and punctual attendance required
