Job Summary

Own the regional retail marketing and visual merchandising strategy across Airport and Cruise channels, driving innovative experiences, scalable activations, and strong partnerships while leading a small team to accelerate growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional retail marketing and visual merchandising strategy across Airport and Cruise channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and global brand priorities.
  • Lead the development and execution of innovative retail experiences.
  • Oversee the rollout of permanent merchandising projects, CAPEX investments, retail animations and new store openings across the Americas.
  • Partner with Commercial teams to define retail strategy and investment priorities.
  • Identify retail opportunities and develop scalable activation strategies to accelerate business growth.
  • Ensure best-in-class execution standards while continuously improving operational efficiency and retail excellence.
  • Conduct regular airport and store visits to identify retail opportunities and areas for optimization.
  • Assist the Retail Marketing Director in building annual brand marketing plans.
  • Implement marketing strategies supporting brand growth, shopper engagement and commercial objectives.
  • Lead the roll-out of all activations across the region for both Airport and Cruise Lines channels.

Requirements

  • 7 years of relevant experience in wines & spirits or luxury goods industry
  • 5 years retail experience ideally in Travel Retail
  • Management experience of 3+ years
  • In depth experience in managing merchandising projects at scale
  • Architectural background/experience a plus
  • Good understanding of luxury brands
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Strong timeline/project management skills
  • Ability to work across different cultural environments
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of organization

  • Ability to travel frequently, up to 25% of the year.
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
