Job Summary

Own the data and tech backbone that makes marketing operate with clean data, reliable attribution, and fast pipeline shifts. Build cross-functional data governance and GTM modeling to enable accurate reporting and rapid decision-making.

  • Marketing Tech & Data Backbone: Govern the full martech roadmap, onboarding/offboarding, and access governance across the stack.
  • Data Flows & Quality: Design lead flows from capture to CRM, align lifecycle definitions with Revenue Ops, and enforce data quality SLAs.
  • Campaign & Data Infrastructure: Own UTM governance, attribution standards, and the data pipelines feeding pipeline and funnel dashboards; establish robust data monitoring and error handling.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing technology ecosystem — Govern the full martech roadmap: vendor relationships, rationalization, onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and access governance across every tool in the stack.
  • Lead management & data flows — Design and maintain lead flows from capture through CRM sync and routing. Partner with Revenue Ops to align on lifecycle stages, definitions, and SLAs — and hold the line on data quality.
  • Campaign & reporting infrastructure — Own UTM governance, campaign attribution standards, and the data flows that feed pipeline and funnel reporting. Be the connective tissue between marketing and the dashboards Finance trusts.
  • Data architecture & integration layer — Own the models, taxonomies, and field standards that hold the GTM data foundation together. Drive reliable data orchestration with robust monitoring and proactive error handling.

Requirements

  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
