Job Summary

Own the net new demand engine end to end, from cold awareness to demo-to-deal, and lead a Demand Gen team with full funnel ownership.

  • Lead net new demand strategy and quarterly planning
  • Be the single source of truth for performance, forecasting, and data integration

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the Funnel from Cold to Demo Arrived to Deal Created
  • - Own every stage of net new demand, from a practice that has never heard of Prompt down to the demo that's held and accepted by sales. Know what's in each bucket, why it's there, and what moves it forward.
  • - Bring the cold cohort, the practices who aren't in any bucket yet, into the funnel with a wide range of campaigns and activities.
  • - Own the nurture for every bucket, not just the ones close to booking, and keep the BDR buckets warm so their outreach lands. Give the BDRs the context, message, offer, and timing that turn a lead into a demo that's held.
  • - Dissect demo quality by source, channel, and segment and feed it back to the teams creating the demand, so we can tell a channel that produces volume from a channel that produces buyers.
  • - Build different plays for different buyers. SMB and mid-market practices move on a different cycle than strategic enterprise accounts, and the targeting, offers, messaging, and follow-up should reflect that.
  • - Find where records stall between stages and fix the cause, whether it's the offer, the routing, the timing, or the message.
  • Demand Gen Strategy & Leadership
  • - Own the net new demand strategy and the quarterly plan behind it, and communicate both clearly to company leadership.
  • - Lead the 2 people who report into this role, develop them, and grow the team as the engine scales.

Requirements

  • You have at least 7 years in demand generation or performance marketing at a B2B SaaS company, and you've personally owned a demo, meeting, or pipeline number.
  • You've managed and developed a team directly, including hiring, coaching, setting priorities, and holding people to results. You're looking to lead and grow a team rather than only run your own campaigns.
  • You're deep in HubSpot. You've built the dashboards, lifecycle stages, properties, workflows, lead scoring, and campaign reporting yourself rather than asking someone else to.
  • You have strong funnel fluency. You can diagnose performance by source, segment, and stage, pull and validate the data yourself, and turn what you find into action. You can walk us through a time you found something in the data that changed what your team did next.
  • You're still hands-on in the tools. You can point to recent emails you've written, landing pages and forms you've tested, workflows you've set up, and tests you've launched yourself. If your last 2 roles were spent purely directing other people's work, this probably isn't the right fit.
  • You've run paid media yourself across Google Ads and paid social, owned the budget for it, and led the work through an outside agency. You understand the platforms well enough to challenge an agency's recommendations rather than take them at face value.
  • You use AI tools in your daily work, and you can show us what you've built, automated, or figured out faster because of them.
  • You're curious and relentless. You dig into why a number moved, follow it until every loose end is tied off, and ship tests every week rather than every quarter.

Preferred

  • You've marketed to healthcare providers, clinics, or other SMB and mid-market buyers with long consideration cycles.
  • You've built reporting across tools that don't natively connect, such as CRM, BI, and paid platforms.
  • You've partnered closely with BDR teams on speed to lead and follow-up.
  • You've worked with website behavior tracking tools such as Hotjar, Decibel, or similar.
  • You have enough HTML and CSS to review how emails and landing pages are built.
  • You're familiar with ABM platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, or RollWorks.

Benefits

  • Competitive salaries
  • Remote/hybrid environment
  • Potential equity compensation for outstanding performance
  • Flexible PTO
  • Company-wide sponsored lunches
  • Company paid disability and life insurance benefits
  • Company paid family and medical leave
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits
  • Discounted pet insurance
  • FSA/DCA and commuter benefits
