Responsibilities

• Creative strategy and concept development: Translate business priorities, customer insights, performance data, and established brand strategy into actionable creative strategies, campaign platforms, concepts, and storytelling approaches across channels and customer experiences; lead complex, high-visibility initiatives from opportunity identification through exploration, refinement, testing, presentation, and execution.
• Functional leadership: Set Brand Creative objectives, priorities, quality standards, methodologies, tools, and working practices; balance planned and emerging needs, review work at key stages, resolve delivery or quality issues, and advance the function by monitoring trends, technologies, formats, and customer behaviors and incorporating successful new approaches.
• Creative thought leadership and stakeholder influence: Advise senior stakeholders on creative opportunities, alternatives, and tradeoffs; facilitate reviews and decisions; maintain alignment with business and brand strategy; and escalate matters involving enterprise direction, policy, major investment, or significant strategic change.
• Cross-functional integration: Partner with Content Strategy, Design and Motion, Brand, Product Marketing, Communications, Digital Experience, Demand Generation, and other groups to align Idea, Message, and Expression, coordinate dependencies, and deliver cohesive creative solutions.
• People leadership and capability building: Lead, coach, and develop creative strategists, art directors, and other creative professionals by clarifying responsibilities, setting performance and development expectations, removing barriers, building team depth, and fostering collaboration, accountability, curiosity, and continuous learning.
• Agency and partner management: Direct day-to-day relationships with agencies and external partners; monitor quality, timing, strategic alignment, and performance; and recommend when additional expertise or changes in sourcing are needed.
• Creative performance and business impact: Drive outcomes through differentiated, high-quality creative work measured by alignment with business and customer needs, campaign effectiveness, timely delivery, reduced rework, stakeholder confidence, team performance, and adoption of improved creative practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand creative, advertising, or integrated marketing.
• 2+ years of experience leading creative professionals, teams, or major creative programs.
• Advanced knowledge of creative strategy, concept development, storytelling, and campaign development.
• Experience leading complex, integrated creative initiatives.
• Experience developing or improving creative practices, frameworks, and working methods.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong creative thinking and business impact.
• Experience presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Experience influencing decisions across functions without direct authority.
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and project-leadership capabilities.
• Experience working with agencies and external creative partners.

Preferred

• Experience in B2B technology marketing or customer-experience strategy preferred.
