  • Draft clear, engaging video scripts — C-suite leadership messages, corporate initiatives, and social media — translating complex topics into audience-appropriate narratives.
  • Partner with HR, IT, Cyber, Legal/Compliance, and ESG to create clear communications on corporate-wide initiatives, policies, and organizational updates.
  • Write and edit internal announcements for organizational changes, programs, system launches, and corporate initiatives, translating complex or technical information for diverse employee audiences.
  • Update and draft messaging for high profile proactive and reactive media opportunities, and draft and edit press releases.
  • Maintain the knowledge base of current messaging on company facts, issues, and positions.
  • Lead proactive planning meetings with market and function stakeholders (especially HR, IT, Cyber, Compliance) to align priorities, reinforce governance, and identify content, approvals, and resources.

Requirements

  • Both in-house and agency experience preferred; beauty or fashion industry experience a plus
  • Exceptional writer and editor across formats — C-suite leadership messaging, announcements, press releases, video scripts, social copy, intranet and website content.
