Job Summary

Drive influencer and creator marketing programs connecting content to brand objectives, across TikTok/IG/YouTube, with end-to-end ops and events.

  • Own influencer program design, from briefs to ROI reporting.
  • Must-have: 5–7+ years in influencer or social marketing with client-side strategy.
  • Standout: Deep creator pipeline and cross-functional campaign execution.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute influencer strategies that connect creator content to client business objectives—including traffic, sentiment, and conversion
  • Translate brand briefs into influencer programs that ladder up to broader communications plans
  • Work cross-functionally with social, creative, media, broadcast, and account leads to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Apply knowledge of influencer and paid social strategy to extend influencer content beyond organic reach (boosted posts, whitelisting, dark posting); set campaign goals and KPIs; build monthly performance reports demonstrating ROI
  • Build and maintain a deep pipeline of diverse creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube; hunt for undiscovered voices and manage high-tier talent; vet for brand safety and audience alignment
  • Provide on-site event support for activations and sponsorship programs across sports, concerts, festivals, racing events, food events, auto shows, and photoshoots
  • Own the operational side of the influencer program—billing, talent payments, contracts and redlining, brief templates, and lead administration of Lefty, Cohley, etc.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience at a marketing, advertising, influencer or social media agency
  • Primary experience in client-side campaign strategy and execution (not talent management)
  • Demonstrated ability to build influencer programs that drive client business objectives and prove results with data
  • Working understanding of paid media tactics (boosted posts, whitelisting, dark posting) with ability to set goals, measure success, and report ROI in client-facing formats
  • Proven track record scouting and securing talent across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube with focus on brand safety and audience fit
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing or sourcing platforms (e.g., Sprout Influencer, Cohley, Lefty) is a plus
  • Ability to manage high-impact campaigns across multiple sectors (e.g., QSR, Automotive)
  • Travel availability: 20–40% as needed
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field; equivalent professional experience

Preferred

  • Well-established network of creators, talent agencies, athletes, and celebrity contacts
