Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational owner for key GTM platforms, including:
• Gong
• ZoomInfo
• Delve Risk
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Other sales and GTM technologies as the stack evolves
• Own user provisioning, permissions, configuration, and ongoing platform administration.
• Independently troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and optimize integrations and data flows across GTM systems.
• Drive improvements in platform adoption, utilization, and return on investment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Systems, or a related role.
• HubSpot admin experience
• Experience with one or more sales technology platforms such as Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience building reports and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of CRM data structures and data quality principles.
• Comfortable troubleshooting systems and learning new technology.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple operational priorities and requests simultaneously.
• Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
• A process oriented mindset with an interest in automation and continuous improvement.
