  • Develop differentiated student propositions that bring together productivity, AI, storage, security, skilling, and relevant partner benefits.
  • Build an evergreen acquisition and monetization roadmap around academic lifecycle moments, including back-to-school, semester starts, graduation, and the transition from institution-provided access to an individual subscription.
  • Define end-to-end customer journeys spanning student identification, eligibility verification, checkout, activation, upgrade, renewal, and transitions between education and consumer subscriptions.
  • Develop learning agendas across pricing, trials, offer structure, channels, messaging, customer friction, abuse prevention, and conversion to paid.
  • Establish business-review and planning rhythms across Microsoft 365, Education, Windows, Copilot, LinkedIn, GitHub, and other relevant teams.
  • Own the Microsoft 365 business and customer proposition for Windows-led offers, including device-attached trials, student bundles, in-product offers, and Retail or OEM-supported promotions.

  • Identify durable acquisition opportunities across Windows setup, inbox experiences, Office applications, web, Retail, and direct channels.
  • Develop test-and-learn plans that measure acquisition, paid conversion, subscriber value, and ecosystem engagement - not only promotional uptake.

  • Experience marketing to students, emerging adults, or other audience segments with distinct eligibility and lifecycle needs.
  • Familiarity with Windows, device, OEM, Retail, or in-product acquisition experiences.
  • Experience supporting subscriber communications, product-change readiness, disclosures, migrations, or other compliance-related launch requirements.
  • Quantitative skills and experience using funnel, cohort, conversion, renewal, and revenue analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across organizations and lead programs without direct ownership of resources.
  • Executive communication and decision-framing skills.
