Responsibilities

• Lead the development and stewardship of the Zinpro brand globally, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging and market presence across all regions and customer touchpoints.
• Strengthening Zinpro's reputation as a trusted industry leader through strategic communication, thought leadership, customer engagement, and market influence.
• Position Zinpro as an innovative thought leader by communicating insights on emerging industry trends, technology advancements, sustainability initiatives, and future-focused customer solutions.
• Lead the development and application of customer insights, segmentation strategies and market intelligence to guide business decisions, marketing investments, and innovation priorities.
• Champion customer experience across marketing touchpoints to strengthen engagement, loyalty and advocacy.
• Partner with business leaders to identify new and innovative opportunities to tell Zinpro's story and communicate its unique value proposition.
• Oversee Zinpro's global social media strategy and content ecosystem, leveraging digital channels to strengthen brand reputation, expand audience engagement, amplify thought leadership and support business growth objectives.
• Develop and execute growth strategies that expand market opportunities, strengthen competitive positioning, and accelerate business performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Technical Services and Business Leadership to commercialize innovation opportunities that address evolving customer needs and market trends.
• Lead strategic planning processes and ensure marketing priorities support corporate growth objectives and long-term vision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, animal science or related field
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in marketing, business strategy, commercialization, brand management, or business leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success leading global marketing organizations and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
• Proven experience building brands, developing growth strategies and leading innovation initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term business strategies.
• Strong track record of developing high-performing teams and marketing capabilities.
• Experience working across global markets and leading cross-functional collaboration in complex business environments.
• Experience developing thought leadership and reputation building programs in global markets.
• Demonstrated success leading strategic initiatives from concept through execution and delivering measurable business results.
• Experience leading organizational change, capability development, or business transformation initiatives.

Preferred

• Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, animal science or related field
• Experience in animal nutrition, livestock production, animal health, agriculture, food production, or related industries.
• Experience leading organizations through significant transformation, growth, market expansion, or business integration initiatives.
• Experience leveraging data, analytics, marketing technology platforms, AI-enabled tools or digital marketing capabilities to improve business performance.
