Senior Engagement Lead

Responsibilities

• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior clients serving as the primary point of contact
• Leading client by taking a consultative approach, delivering strategic insight and strong business thinking
• Leading annual planning, scope definition, and 1 - 3 year growth strategies
• Overseeing delivery of promotional sales windows, brand campaigns and organic social ensuring alignment with objectives and KPIs.
• Staying current on industry trends to inform innovative client solutions
• Collaborating closely with internal teams including creative, strategy, and production
• Acting as IAT lead, driving collaboration and setting the direction
• Accountable for revenue performance, and forecasting accuracy
• Overseeing scopes of work, staffing models, and BCR governance
• Identifying and unlocking organic growth opportunities

Requirements

• 10+ years of account management experience within an agency environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with senior stakeholders
• Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving capabilities
• A deep understanding of brand, digital, and social ecosystems
• Experience in CRM, digital marketing or media (strongly preferred)
• Strong financial acumen (forecasting, scopes, staffing models)
• Collaborative, cross‑functional mindset
• Results‑driven with strong attention to detail
