Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and recommend brand appropriate strategic opportunities that will enhance the online customer experience and drive overall demand – monitor and report internally on insights and results.
  • Develop and implement digital strategies to drive omni-channel customer acquisition/retention.
  • Lead roadmap planning for site enhancements, new features, and optimizations. Collaborate with designers and developers to optimize UX/UI, navigation, and mobile experience.
  • Optimize on-site experience and use data to generate insights and find growth opportunities related to collections, search results, merchandising, assortment, user experience, personalization and site architecture.
  • Partner with development agency to sprint plan and ensure timely execution of features and enhancements, acting as the final quality assurance check for all releases.
  • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and troubleshooting issues as needed.
  • Partner with operations/logistics to manage end-to-end ecommerce fulfillment process, ensuring domestic and international orders and returns are delivered and processed correctly and on-time
  • Ensure the website meets ADA compliance standards, optimizing accessibility for all users.
  • Implement A/B testing and personalization strategies to enhance engagement and conversion. Continuously track testing and report on insights and learnings.
  • Manage site merchandising, with a strategic approach to new product / collection launches, best sellers, and seasonal key investments. Work closely with supply chain and fulfillment teams to ensure inventory availability and timely deliveries, communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, platforms, and strategic partners.
  • Partner with international shipping vendor to test new initiatives in order to grow the international business.
  • Oversee and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, site visibility, and traffic. Ensure product pages, metadata, and content align with SEO best practices. Partner with content teams to develop SEO-rich product descriptions, blogs, and landing pages.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of all site content. Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure a cohesive experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Constantly seek optimization opportunities through creative, copy and landing page analysis.
  • Maintain standard daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to support business needs. Analyze ecommerce KPIs to drive data-backed improvements and recommendations.
  • Provide weekly, monthly and seasonal reporting and analysis on ecommerce KPI’s.
  • Own the use of Triple Whale to come up with actionable business insights.
  • Monitor industry trends, best practices, new technologies and competitor activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of related experience preferred
  • Experience with Shopify web platform
  • Experience working with platforms such as Triple Whale, personalization tools, A/B testing tools
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; high-level competence in Excel required
  • Strong creative and critical thinking to problem-solve, as needed
  • Exceptional follow-through with attention to detail/a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners
