Job Summary

ICSD product marketing ownership shifts from strategy to GTM, coordinating roadmaps, market segmentation, pricing, and channel enablement to drive market outcomes.

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap and market positioning for ICSD across its sensing markets.
  • Align engineering, ecosystem partners, sales, and ops around disciplined market execution and portfolio priorities.
  • Define demand creation and GTM plans that translate market needs into measurable pipeline and revenue signals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy, roadmap definition, market positioning, demand creation, and go-to-market execution for the Industrial and Commercial Sensing Division (ICSD) within the Intelligent Sensing Group (ISG).
  • Own ICSD product marketing strategy and execution including product line strategy, roadmap direction, market segmentation, competitive positioning, demand creation priorities, go-to-market planning, pricing guidance, sales and channel enablement, launch readiness, and customer-facing product messaging.
  • Connect market needs, customer requirements, product roadmaps, ecosystem requirements, channel execution, engineering priorities, and business outcomes.
  • Strengthen ICSD’s product strategy, sharpen portfolio priorities, improve customer and channel alignment, and drive disciplined market execution across a broad set of industrial and commercial sensing markets.
  • Influence cross-functional teams across product definition, engineering, applications, ecosystem partners, channel, sales, operations, quality, finance, and corporate marketing.

Requirements

  • Strong semiconductor product experience
  • Industrial and commercial market understanding
  • Technical depth in CMOS image sensors or related sensing technologies
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams across product definition, engineering, applications, ecosystem partners, channel, sales, operations, quality, finance, and corporate marketing
  • Senior leadership role experience in product marketing (explicitly required)

Preferred

  • Experience collaborating with ecosystem partners
  • Senior leadership experience in product marketing (preferred)
  • Experience leading product marketing in semiconductor or sensing markets (preferred)
