Job Summary

Own and shape Marvell’s DCI roadmap and growth by turning market signals into strategy, with a laser focus on hyperscale customers and long-term investments.

  • Own product-line strategy, market sizing, and GTM plans across AI networking, cloud, and optical platforms.
  • Translate customer needs into roadmap, align sales and engineering to close funnel and drive revenue growth.
  • Build executive relationships with strategic customers and partners to win designs and influence investment priorities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own product-line business plans, market strategies, and growth initiatives for Marvell's DCI portfolio.
  • Analyze market trends across AI networking, cloud infrastructure, coherent optics, Silicon Photonics, and optical transport.
  • Lead market sizing efforts including TAM, SAM, and SOM analyses to identify strategic growth opportunities.
  • Develop competitive positioning, pricing strategies, business cases, and go-to-market plans.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and influence long-term investment priorities.
  • Partner directly with hyperscale cloud providers, AI infrastructure leaders, and strategic customers to secure key design wins.
  • Build executive-level relationships across customer organizations.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Field Applications Engineering teams to develop and execute account strategies.
  • Drive sales funnel creation, opportunity development, and revenue growth.
  • Translate customer requirements and market insights into product strategy and roadmap recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related technical field
  • 15+ years of semiconductor, networking, optical communications, or related technology industry experience
  • 10+ years of product marketing, product management, business development, or strategic marketing leadership experience
  • Proven experience driving business growth and customer engagement in cloud, networking, AI infrastructure, or optical communications markets
  • Strong understanding of hyperscale data center architectures and cloud infrastructure trends
  • Demonstrated experience developing market strategies, business cases, pricing models, and go-to-market plans
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills

Preferred

  • Advanced degree (MSEE, MSCS, MBA, or PhD) preferred.
