Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee content strategy and creative services to support campaigns, events, brand initiatives, and internal needs
  • Ensure message consistency and brand alignment across written, visual, and multimedia content
  • Manage editorial calendars, content pipelines, and creative work intake processes
  • Supervise development of marketing copy, campaign messaging, blogs, eBooks, customer stories, videos, and visual assets
  • Establish scalable processes for content production, version control, reviews, and approvals
  • Partner with demand generation, product marketing, customer marketing, and partner marketing teams to deliver content aligned to business goals
  • Lead ideation, execution, and delivery of creative campaigns and branded experiences
  • Set clear standards and governance for content voice, tone, brand visuals, and usage rights
  • Use performance data to measure content effectiveness and inform future strategy
  • Mentor and develop a team of content and creative professionals

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in content marketing, creative services, or related disciplines
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership roles, including team management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong portfolio of leading content and creative programs that supported brand, demand, or partner growth
  • Proven experience managing editorial and creative processes in a matrixed environment
  • Expertise in content governance, version control, brand voice, and marketing asset development
  • Experience using marketing and content tools (e.g., CMS, project management, Adobe Creative Suite, DAM)
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Typically requires a Bachelor\'s degree and 12+ years of direct experience, with 8+ years of leadership experience
  • Minimum Qualifications items: 8+ years, 5+ years leadership, strong portfolio, editorial/creative processes, governance, tools, communication, degree
