Job Description

  • Business and Revenue Management : Successfully identify new and organic opportunities with clients and convert them to profit-generating business in a financially intelligent and proactive manner.

Connect the project team to the strategic WHY behind client work and ensure team members understand how their contributions impact client business outcomes.
  • AI-Native Ways of Working: Work fluently in AI-enabled research and analytics environments — applying prompt-based workflows, rapid insight generation, and lightweight, low-code, or vibe-coding approaches for analysis, synthesis, and prototyping where appropriate — while exercising strong critical thinking and ethical judgment about AI's capabilities and limitations in healthcare contexts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in analytics leadership roles with substantial advertising and marketing experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
  • Prior leadership experience at healthcare communications agencies or advertising agencies serving pharmaceutical clients, with understanding of creative workflow integration.
  • Proven success selling analytics services and managing revenue targets. Demonstrated ability to develop and close opportunities for analytics solutions within pharma and healthcare marketing ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in omnichannel marketing, social listening and audience analytics. Knowledge of paid media a plus.
  • Demonstrated practical experience using AI-enabled tools for research, analysis, synthesis, and insight development, along with familiarity with prompt-driven workflows and iterative experimentation. Exposure to lightweight coding, scripting, low-code tools, or modern analytics platforms is a plus. Be able to exercise strong judgment about when AI accelerates thinking and when human reasoning is essential, particularly in healthcare contexts.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing compliance requirements, data governance standards, and healthcare regulatory environment. Knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy regulations, and ethical data use principles a plus.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with demonstrated ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and senior marketing leadership. Experience recruiting, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing analytics teams.
  • Proven ability to lead a team or pod — drawing out individual strengths, connecting people to growth opportunities, and bringing the big-picture thinking and appetite for innovation that helps your team grow into what's next.

Preferred

  • Exposure to lightweight coding, scripting, low-code tools, or modern analytics platforms is a plus.

  • At Real Chemistry, we believe we're at our best when we're connected. Our Real Hybrid and Regional Teams (Real HART) approach is designed to foster collaboration, learning, innovation, and meaningful relationships while providing flexibility where appropriate. Because our workforce spans multiple countries, regions, and client needs, work arrangements may vary by role and location. Some positions offer hybrid or remote flexibility, while others require regular in-office presence. For example, certain teams and regions, including some of our UK operations, have office-based requirements. Your recruiter will discuss the specific expectations for the role you're pursuing during the interview process and keep you informed throughout the hiring journey. For employees located within a one-hour commute of a Real Chemistry office, we require in-person attendance two days per week, either from a Real Chemistry office or when working onsite with clients. Employees in regions without a nearby office may work remotely and come together throughout the year for collaboration, culture-building, learning, and team connection opportunities. While these guidelines reflect our current workplace model, we understand that everyone’s circumstances are unique. If you require additional flexibility, we welcome an open conversation with your recruiter and our HR team to discuss your needs and determine what may be possible.
