• The through-line: you follow our established SEO and content frameworks, lean on AI tools to move faster, and own the result. Every ranking you protect and every campaign you run ends the same place: a frightened person finds a better-prepared advocate.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or something close (or equivalent experience that proves it)
• 2 to 5 years in marketing with real exposure to SEO, content, and campaign execution
• Comfort owning the SEO fundamentals (Google Business Profile, on-page structure, directory and backlink work, and reading analytics to spot what is climbing and what is tanking)
• Experience coordinating vendors and keeping projects on track
• Familiarity with marketing automation or drip tools, a CRM, and the major social platforms
• A friendly, professional way with people on the phone and in person

Preferred

• Bonus points if you have used ChatGPT or other AI tools to speed up content and SEO work, and the idea of AIEO excites you instead of scaring you.
