Responsibilities

• Your day will live in the numbers and the decisions behind them. You'll build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, manage budgets hard, watch CPA closely, and keep pushing for better lead quality.
• You'll also own the engine behind the clicks. That means SEO strategy, on-page improvements, technical audits, tracking setup, retargeting audiences, A/B tests, and reporting that tells the truth. Not fluffy dashboards. Clear insights. Clear next moves.
• This role matters because effective digital marketing is how people find help when life gets messy. You'll have real ownership, direct impact, and the chance to shape strategy from end to end in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• You have 3+ years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on Google Ads and PPC.
• You have strong experience in digital media buying and campaign management.
• You can manage SEO strategy, website analytics, tracking tools, and performance reporting.
• You communicate clearly and turn data into action.
• You do well in fast-paced environments and like owning results.
• You may be a strong fit if you've worked in legal, medical, or other lead-generation industries.
• You should not apply if you dislike accountability, resist feedback, or struggle to balance strategy with execution.
