Job Description

Own and operate higher‑value acquisition lead generation program end‑to‑end, translating business and revenue priorities into clear strategy, execution plans, and measurable outcomes.
Lead cross‑functional work across operations, finance, sales, and marketing teams, distilling strategy and insights into the right level of context to drive alignment and action.
Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance operational efficiency and drive measurable, real lift in program and campaign performance.
Design and incorporate ABM-centric strategies that engage buying committees within named accounts, enabling sales teams to drive coordinated, high‑touch engagement
Own program‑level performance and insights, synthesizing engagement, lead quality, conversion, and downstream revenue signals into clear recommendations and actions.
Communicate program strategy, performance, and impact through concise, executive‑ready updates that inform decisions and influence stakeholders.
