Responsibilities
- Serious experience running (strategy + tactical execution) retention programs for 8- and 9-figure DTC brands.
- Expertise in Email & SMS, with deep experience using tools like Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, etc.
- Strong communication skills (you’ll be talking to C-suite execs and top-tier clients).
Requirements
- Experience running retention programs for 8- and 9-figure DTC brands, with a focus on Email & SMS.
- Expertise in Email & SMS, with deep experience using tools like Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, etc.
- Great client communication.
- Ability to handle conversations with C-Suite executives.
- Experience working on the brand side is preferred, but not required.
- Must be located in the US or working US hours.

- Brand-side experience is preferred.
