Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Multidisciplinary Design & Motion Execution
  • End-to-End Asset Creation: Design and produce a wide variety of visual content including executive video statements, animated infographics, social media content variants, message maps, and C-suite presentation decks.
  • Motion Graphics & Animation: Create dynamic titles, lower thirds, logo animations, and motion graphics elements using Adobe After Effects and AI animation software.
  • Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit high-quality corporate video content (sizzle reels, anthem films, interview clips, rapid-response crisis videos) to exact technical specifications.
  • On-Set & Run-and-Gun Content Capture
  • Camera & Lighting Operation: Direct and execute run-and-gun video shoots, lighting setups, audio recording, and still photography for corporate executives and brand activations.
  • AI Visual Generation: Integrate cutting-edge AI image and video generation tools into traditional design workflows to accelerate concepting and rapid variant production.
  • Technical & Quality Standards
  • Spec Sheet & File Management: Ensure all final visual deliverables adhere to channel-specific technical specs, file taxonomies, and brand guidelines.
  • Platform & Asset Ownership: Assist in managing studio video accounts (Vimeo, Frame.io) and maintaining project asset archives for future editing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in video production, motion graphics, graphic design, and camera capture within an agency, media company, or studio environment.
  • Software Mastery: Expert proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
  • Generative AI Visual Experience: Hands-on skill using generative AI image/video tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Photoshop Generative Fill, Firefly) to augment visual production.
  • Field Production Skills: Solid expertise operating DSLR/Cinema camera systems, lighting, and audio equipment for run-and-gun studio or location shoots.
  • Outstanding Portfolio/Reel: A strong reel showcasing high-end motion design, crisp video editing, corporate visual design, and social media content.
  • Agile & Calm Under Pressure: Ability to manage tight deadlines, respond quickly to breaking news events, and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
