Senior Client Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of client accounts end to end, from strategy and ideation through to delivery and results
• Be the senior day-to-day partner for your clients, running WIPs and presenting strategy and results with confidence
• Oversee influencer and creator partnerships, from sourcing and negotiation through to briefing and reporting
• Run gifting, seeding and sampling programs that get product into the right hands
• Lead content, shoots, events and activations for your clients
• Mentor and develop our Client Partner team, and help set the standard for how we deliver
• Grow your accounts and support new business as the agency expands

Requirements

• 7+ years in agency, start-up or brand environments across beauty, lifestyle, fashion or CPG
• Experience leading client accounts and managing team members
• A deep understanding of creators, social platforms and culture, and a strong instinct for what makes a brand worth talking about
• The confidence to counsel founders and senior brand teams directly
• Sharp organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple accounts
• Boutique agency energy: entrepreneurial, hands-on and happy to wear multiple hats
• PR and press experience is a big plus. If you bring media relationships, you'll have room to support earned media for your clients and help grow our PR offering
