Responsibilities

• Drive scaled and emerging brand strategy, set channel goals, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Own P&L, set revenue targets, track performance, and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Lead major brand initiatives, campaigns, product launches, and website strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
• Oversee product pipeline strategy, stage-gate approvals, and launches, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and margin targets.
• Serve as primary liaison for talent, managing approvals, contracts, shoots, and creative deliverables.
• Approve brand content, messaging, architecture, and visual identity across channels to ensure consistency and quality.
• Guide customer engagement strategies, optimizing onboarding, retention, loyalty, and subscription performance (CVR, AOV, LTV).
• Mentor and manage Assistant Brand Managers, fostering team alignment, professional growth, and execution excellence.
• Collaborate with retail, supply chain, CX, acquisition, PR, and social teams to maximize brand reach, awareness, and operational alignment.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance trends, and provide actionable insights to drive brand growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years
• Strategic brand management for new and scaled brands
• P&L ownership and data-driven decision-making
• Multi-channel marketing and campaign execution expertise
• Talent and creative approval management
