Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor junior and mid-level creative team members, fostering skill development and maintaining brand consistency across deliverables.
  • Own executive and cross-functional client relationships, serving as a trusted strategic advisor and creative authority.
  • Define and refine agency-wide creative processes, protocols, and production workflows to scale quality and efficiency.
  • Lead creative direction for new business pitches and partner with account teams to drive organic expansion within existing accounts.
  • Translate complex data analytics and performance insights into strategic creative iterations that drive customer action and campaign performance.
  • Bridge the gap between design and technology by driving the integration of internal platforms, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), and emerging ad tech into daily workflows.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in an agency or in-house environment leading complex digital design and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proven track record of connecting creative concepts directly to core business objectives and performance metrics.
  • Mastery in translating complex briefs into highly engaging interactive and personalized brand experiences.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to guide projects from strategy through final delivery.
  • Exceptional presentation and persuasion skills with extensive experience leading pitches and strategic reviews for C-suite collaborators.
  • Deep technical expertise across creative tools, development capabilities, and modern digital production pipelines.
  • Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere)
  • Figma (UI/UX layout, design systems, interactive prototyping)
  • Advanced Motion Graphics (animation, storyboarding, dynamic visual storytelling)

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications, Advertising, Design, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing high-level critical thinking, innovative digital concepts, and executive-level visual finish.
  • Extensive experience with data-driven creative execution, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), and personalized digital marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing long-term, trusted client partnerships and mentoring creative staff.
  • Forward-thinking creative vision with a strong grasp of emerging design trends, generative AI workflows, and digital media technologies.
