- Own end-to-end production and iteration cycles for 35-40 concepts per month.
- Proactively manage revisions, timelines, and blockers to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Deliver 35 to 40 finished video concepts per month, roughly 2 per working day.
- Receive the script, shot list and creative direction from us. You generate and assemble.
- Create iterations when required: hook swaps, recuts, reorders, length changes.
- Turn revisions around within 24 hours.
- Keep your work moving without someone chasing you.
- Speak up early if something is unclear, blocked or at risk of missing a deadline.
Requirements
- You've edited an ad that ran on paid Meta traffic.
- You've edited a workload that can produce 35 to 40 finished video concepts per month.
- Tools you already know: Higgsfield, Kling, Veo / Google Flow, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Nano Banana Pro / Nano Banana 2.
