Responsibilities

• Creative Producer: Lead creative production across your accounts end-to-end.
• Project & Workflow Management: Learn to act as the operational backbone of our production. You will track deliverables, manage timelines, review/qa assets, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks as we scale our output.
• Junior Creative Strategy: Partner with leadership to brainstorm angles, script hooks, and turn raw ideas into structured creative briefs. You’ll learn how to reverse-engineer high-performing ads and maximize leverage using real-time data.
• Generative AI Production: Assist in prompting and generating video/image assets using the latest AI models available.

Requirements

• Client/Executive Facing Experience : Comfort speaking directly with clients or presenting ideas clearly on a call. This is a soft-skill you will be trained on if you land the role.
• Operational Mindset: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, client deliverables, or projects simultaneously without dropping the ball.
• LLM Workflow Efficiency: Proficient in utilizing LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to automate tasks, streamline operations, and improve overall workflow efficiency.
• Fluency in AI Tools: Hands-on experience with current LLM's, generative video and image models.
• A "Show Me" Portfolio: We care less about your resume and more about what you’ve built. Please include a portfolio or reel that showcases your experience.

Preferred

• Advertising Data Literacy : You understand what KPIs are, what they mean, and how to meet them. More importantly, you know how to interpret performance data and apply those insights directly into strategic creative briefs.
• Solid Editing/Design Foundation: Proficient in Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve) and After Effects. You understand that AI creates the raw material, but the magic happens in the edit.
