Responsibilities

• Lead daily client communications, serving as a process and project steward.
• Serve as the primary team interface with day-to-day clients and client internal stakeholders.
• Anticipate client needs (short-term/long-term) and proactively addresses issues.
• Lead client status calls and is accountable for client status reports and meeting recaps.
• Manage day-to-day business by ensuring that work is done on time and on budget.
• Prepare budgets and statement /scope of work plans.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an advertising agency environment.
• Pharmaceutical agency experience required.
• Analytical skills needed to identify problems and solutions.
• Excellent communication and written skills, both internal and external.
• All communication is succinct, and next steps are clear.
• Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task.
• High attention to detail and can set priorities with ease.
