Responsibilities

• Support the development and refinement of segment strategies across priority segments
• Translate customer insights, data, and business goals into actionable marketing plans
• Help define segment-specific value propositions and targeting approaches
• Lead execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned to segment strategies
• Develop and optimize lifecycle programs across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention
• Partner with channel teams to ensure consistent and effective execution
• Work closely with product, analytics, digital, and sales teams to align on segment initiatives
• Ensure strong coordination and execution across teams
• Contribute to building a more integrated, segment-led marketing approach
• Marketing, with exposure to segment marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM
