Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, IDoA CCU, DRS case coordinators, MCOs, social workers, case managers, community organizations, and other referral sources.
• Represent Glam Healthcare at networking events, health fairs, educational seminars, and community outreach activities.
• Identify opportunities to develop new referral partnerships and strengthen existing relationships.
• Coordinate visits with referral partners and maintain regular communication to promote agency services.
• Track marketing activities, referrals, and outreach efforts using CRM and reporting tools.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective clients and families.
• Guide families through the initial inquiry process and coordinate with the clinical team for assessments and admissions.
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up schedules.
• Ensure every prospective client receives exceptional customer service from first contact through admission.
• Develop engaging content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and other digital platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's (Required)
• working in Home Care: 3 years (Required)
