Support brand marketing and project coordination for Portland Fire’s fan-focused campaigns and arena assets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns that engage fans and elevate the team’s identity both in and out of the arena.
  • Assist with the rollout of campaigns across digital, print, in-arena, and community channels.
  • Work with operations and game-day staff to troubleshoot and maintain quality control of brand elements throughout the arena.
  • Support the Marketing Manager with managing and optimizing the inbound marketing project process, from intake and scoping to assignment and execution.
  • Lead the task management side, checking in on the creative services team and ensuring that final deliverables are shared with project stakeholders.
  • Support in tracking and managing projects across departments and external agencies, ensuring timely approval.
  • Assist with developing a creative reviewal and asset management process.
  • Support the planning and coordination of marketing needs for in-arena retail campaigns.
  • Assist with select procurement projects and tracking.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, digital, or related fields (internships included).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with creative services and managing creative.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and propose ideas.
  • Interest in sports, entertainment, or fan engagement is a plus.
  • Passion for women’s basketball and building community around the Portland Fire.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Currently located in Portland, OR or within driving distance.
